Vendor Application

Exhibitor Agreement:

Exhibitor assumes all risk of personal injury and loss of property and is responsible for carrying appropriate insurance.

Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Heartstone LLC dba The Secret Garden and the property owner against any and all claims and causes of action arising out of: (1)personal injury to, or loss of property of exhibitor or any of the exhibitor’s employees, partners and helpers, or (2) exhibitor’s activities in connection with space rentals from the above.

We reserve the right to restrict and evict any exhibitor for non-compliance with any rules stated herein, or any exhibitor whose method of operation detracts from the integrity of the event or interferes with or disturbs other vendors, without refund.

Exhibitor’s completed application implies agreement to abide by all rules established by The Secret Garden Vintage Market’s planning board. This includes merchandise and booth requirements, market hours and parking.
